Job Description

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in our dynamic sports-focused environment. This is a full-time, in-person position that requires full availability to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products.
  • Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to track and manage customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
  • Full availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
