About the Tax Senior Associate Role:
- Prepare federal and state tax complex returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals
- Review returns prepared by tax associates
- Mentor and train interns and tax associates
- Create preliminary drafts of technical documentation such as memos and client communications
- Communicate with clients throughout tax return preparation and planning process
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Work as part of a team delivering high-quality service to clients
Tax Senior Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of Tax experience in public accounting
- Active CPA or EA License
- Must have strong tax and accounting principles knowledge
- Strong leadership and ability to develop professionals
