Role Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Work Model: Hybrid (50%)

Locations: Pleasanton, Atlanta, and other Workday offices in the USA

Role Focus:

· Build and scale AI-powered contract management solutions.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and data science teams.

· Own and operate key areas of the platform (“you build it, you run it”).

Key Requirements:

· 6+ years in software engineering.

· Strong experience with Python and TypeScript (NestJS, FastAPI, Flask, Django).

· Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

· Skilled in API development , cloud environments (AWS) , Docker , and Terraform .

· Familiarity with Kubernetes , DevOps , and modern distributed systems .

· Strong communication skills, especially with legal professionals .

· Experience leading projects and participating in on-call rotations .
