A home and business alarm company in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for an Alarm Monitor/Dispatcher who is dependable and professional with excellent customer service skills and works well under pressure to work. This is a work in office position.

This company is looking to hire immediately.

Monday - Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm

Duties:

• Monitor alarms of businesses and residential customers
• Call owner/manager if alarm goes off
• Follow company procedures to dispatch appropriate emergency services when necessary
• Must have good customer service skills and comfortable with computers.

$13.00 an hour

FBI and State Police background check

No felonies or misdemeanors

Smoke-free environment

This is a long-term temporary assignment
