Afterglow: Bronzing & Blowout Bar is expanding in the Central Valley and we are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to join our team. If you are someone that thrives in a fast paced, professional, and high energy environment then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Customer service, marketing, and training of sales processes
- Supervise front desk and blowout bar personnel
- Inventory management
- Salon sanitation oversight
- Sales of services, memberships and products
- Calendar management
- Opening & closing procedures
- Coaching and development of staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in a fast paced aesthetics office/ salon environment and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a professional salon setting
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on call
