This is a 5+ month contract (W-2) role. Expected schedule is Monday-Saturday 2nd shift (~4:00p-2:30a) with approximately 40-60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain site safety plan
Conduct safety inductions for all contractor and subcontracted staff
Execute daily and weekly safety inspections, reports, and corrects findings
Ensure that subcontractors have all required permits to work
Organize weekly safety discussion for contractor site team
Collect worked hours for contractor and subcontractor teams and generate monthly reports
Investigate and report any incidents
Generate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Work Method Statements (WMS)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety + 3 years of construction safety management experience / OR board-certified safety credential + 5 years of construction safety management experience / OR Current OSHA 500 Certification + 6 years of construction safety management experience
OSHA 10 + OSHA 30 certified
Knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
Able to identify known potential exposure and lead corrective actions
Able to produce reports and develop relevant policies
Comfortable with the onsite work requirements and schedule
