Job Description

MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Paris, TX. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support branch operations by managing administrative and recruiting functions, ensuring an efficient hiring process and a positive experience for candidates and clients. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Essential Functions
  • Collect, distribute, and upload candidate documentation, including resumes and assessments
  • Finalize employee records and assignments in Bullhorn
  • Conduct orientation in compliance with MAU, federal, and state standards
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist walk-in applicants
  • Source and contact candidates for multiple clients
  • Coordinate and track safety assignments
  • Manage monthly and annual reporting
  • Volunteer and participate in company committees
  • Assist in training new team members as needed
