MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Paris, TX. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support branch operations by managing administrative and recruiting functions, ensuring an efficient hiring process and a positive experience for candidates and clients.

Shift Information- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Education and ExperiencePreferred Education and Experience- Prior customer service experience

Essential Functions- Collect, distribute, and upload candidate documentation, including resumes and assessments
- Finalize employee records and assignments in Bullhorn
- Conduct orientation in compliance with MAU, federal, and state standards
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist walk-in applicants
- Source and contact candidates for multiple clients
- Coordinate and track safety assignments
- Manage monthly and annual reporting
- Volunteer and participate in company committees
- Assist in training new team members as needed
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Professional office setting
- Frequent use of computers, phones, copiers, and other standard office equipment
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift 5–20 lbs occasionally
