About the Position:
We’re seeking a Project Director / Architect who shares our love of travel, design, and big ideas, someone who can lead, inspire, and deliver.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through completion
- Manage design teams, schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Oversee internal production and coordination with consultants
- Mentor junior designers and foster team growth
- Partner with firm leaders and creative directors to drive design excellence
- Travel for design meetings and key presentations.
What You Bring
- 7-10+ years of experience in architecture or interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and hand sketching
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Professional Architecture degree from an accredited University is required
- Professional Architectural Registration preferred
- Hospitality or multi-unit residential project experience strongly preferred
