Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of simple automated assembly machines to produce high-quality medical devices. Performs repetitive tasks, addresses basic machine faults, and ensures compliance with procedures.
Shift Schedule:
6:30PM-6:30AM (rotating shift)
6:30AM-6:30PM (rotating shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, start, and monitor simple machines (typically <10 stations)
- Perform routine setups and complete production documentation
- Inspect and test products to ensure quality
- Maintain clean work area and follow safety standards
- Package, label, and weigh/count finished products
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform visual inspections
- Must sit or stand for long periods
- Work in a cleanroom environment; may use solvents, glue, or solder
