Salary: Compensation based on experience
The Personal Assistant/Nanny is responsible for critical support to the executive in various business endeavors and her personal life. This position will perform in-office duties in mid-town Atlanta and personal support in the Alpharetta area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working under pressure and project and marketing coordination, self-starter, and possess strong organizational skills. The candidate MUST HAVE A CAR and a valid drivers license to handle multiple tasks.
Administration:
Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, client calls, and marketing events.
Drive to various locations in Atlanta and the surrounding areas for meetings, to pick up supplies, and to run personal and professional errands for the client, among other tasks.
Handle project management by keeping track of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and priorities are communicated effectively.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
Attend various events with the client.
Secure and attend local marketing events to educate the public about our services and generate new leads.
Perform other tasks as needed.
Nanny:
We are looking for a great nanny for the executive's child in Alpharetta. We prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is CPR certified.
Care for a Child aged 3 years
Drop-Off & Pickup Toddler
Has Own Transportation
CPR and First Aid certification (highly preferred)
Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing demeanor
Reliable transportation to and from the employment location
Non-Smoker
Live-out nanny to join our family (live-in preferred)
Reliable, committed to excellence in childcare
Requirements:
1+ years in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably supporting executives
MUST have a car and a valid drivers license
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Able to think quickly and resolve issues independently while maintaining a positive attitude
Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
CPR Certificate (a plus)
Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
Job Type: Contract, part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
