Job Title: Functional Consultant – OTL & Payroll
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge with some technical exposure to support implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional analysis, design, and configuration for OTL and Payroll modules.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams to validate reports, integrations, and extensions.
- Perform end-to-end testing, including UAT and regression testing.
- Support post-production activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document system setups, business processes, and solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules.
- Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports, and OTBI preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid client-facing environment and coordinate across functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
