We’re hiring an Online Support / Customer Care Assistant in Atlanta. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible daytime hours. Pay: $25–$30/hour. No experience required. Only candidates located in the U.S. will be considered.
Duties:
- Respond to customer messages
- Assist with order issues
- Provide product info
- Track support requests
- Report frequent problems
- Use provided response scripts
- Log support interactions
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed
- Strong written English
- Basic computer knowledge

- Friendly and calm tone
