Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough health assessments, physical exams, and patient histories.
Diagnose, treat, and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKGs, etc.).
Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medication adherence, lifestyle modification, and preventive care.
Document all encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR).
Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Participate in quality improvement, chart audits, and compliance programs.
Manage follow-up appointments, referrals, and telemedicine visits as appropriate.
Maintain current licensure, DEA registration, and continuing medical education (CME) requirements.
