The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the full leasing cycle, managing resident relations, coordinating renewals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily property operations at both New Adventure and Mountain View Apartments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strong with follow-up, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Manage all leasing inquiries, tours, applications, and move-ins.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Rent Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
Lease Renewals
- Send renewal notices 60+ days before expiration.
- Schedule and complete renewal inspections.
- Accurately prepare renewal documents and push to market rates.
Record keeping & Compliance
- Upload completed leases within 48 hours.
- Issue and document violations promptly.
- Maintain required logs and reports (inquiries, inspections, renewals).
Accounts Receivable
- Track leasing incentives and maintain organized records.
- Conduct bi-weekly laundry collections and deposit funds.
- Issue late notices according to company policy.
Marketing
- Maintain active social media presence (2–3 posts bi-weekly).
- Conduct and document community marketing efforts.
- Support occupancy goals through online and in-person outreach.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
- Strong computer and organizational skills; experience with Rent Manager is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation between New Adventure & Mountain View communities.
