Job Duties
\n
\n - Acting as a Key Holder and Following the Basic Opening or Closing Procedures in the Absence of, or to assist, a Manager.
\n - Structuring the Shift and Communicating Directions to Sales Agents
\n - Reviewing all Sales Associate transactions to ensure transaction accuracy including correct product, quantity, and charges.
\n - Acting as the Manager on Duty as Described in Security and Emergency Procedures
\n - Dispensing Cannabis and Cannabis Products Following Strict Guidelines to Remain in Compliance with CCC Regulations at All Times
\n - Becoming Well-Versed in Metrc and in Using a Point of Sale to Complete Transactions
\n - Having an Advanced Expressive Knowledge of Cannabis and Cannabis Products and All the Different Consumption Methods and Storage Requirements of All Products on the Menu
\n - Accurately Making Change for Guests and Following Money Handling Protocols to Manage a Cash Till and POS station
\n - Providing Upbeat and Charming Yet Efficient Assistance to Guests on the Sales Floor to Help Maintain the Flow of Guests While Providing Optimal Guest Service
\n - Keeping the Sales Floor Clean and Organized
\n - Communicating About Inventory Levels and Ensuring Consistent Availability to Guests
\n - Performing Additional Tasks as directed by the Retail Management team
