What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily store operations (opening, closing, cash handling, inventory)
- Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and a fun atmosphere
- Schedule staff and manage training
- Drive sales and support special promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or management experience (food service an asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
- Food Safety Trainers Certificate
