Hotel Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation:
- $60-70k paid hourly
- Strong Incentive Opportunity paid quarterly
Hotel Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate or leisure hotel sales experience in the LA area
- Proven ability to identify prospects, conduct research, and close deals with strong negotiation skills
- In-depth understanding of the hotel & travel industry, with solid grasp of market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style
- Detail oriented and strategically minded, with a talent for nurturing long-term business partnerships
Hotel Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to identify key business needs and execute targeted sales strategies across group and transient segments.
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop top clients through customized Account Development Plans, and maximize production from existing relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, research industry trends and target companies for strategic outreach.
- Handle inquiries, pricing, proposals, and contracts efficiently; manage all stages of the sales process from RFP to final contract and event planning, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
