Solar Sales Appointment Setter

What You’ll Do:

• Talk with homeowners face-to-face (door-to-door)
• Set appointments for our closing team
• Use our simple mobile app to log leads
• Work at least 33 hours a week — full training included

 

What You’ll Get:
Pay: $15/hr base + 3% commission on contract price (avg. $1,500 per sale)
Bonuses: Monthly incentives ($400–$4,200), end-of-year trips
