Position: Data Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX

Working Hours: M-F 8-5pm (remote Fridays)

Duration: 6-month contract with possible extensions and possible conversion

Must Haves:

510 years of experience in financial data analysis supporting retail or sales companies
Proven ability to deliver quick-turnaround insights in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel, MicroStrategy, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver statistical models and scenario analyses to support decisions such as:
Opening new restaurant locations
Renewing or exiting lease agreements
Adding or removing menu items
Produce high-impact reports and dashboards that respond to urgent business questions with speed and precision.
Collaborate with ROC, Marketing, and Retail teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends across multiple units.
Support site selection and expansion strategy using geospatial, demographic, and financial data.
Maintain and optimize forecasting models for menu performance, unit profitability, and regional growth .
Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, compelling format.
