Position Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only)
We are seeking a reliable, professional Customer Service / Dispatcher to join our team on weekends. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, can handle multiple tasks efficiently, and communicates clearly and courteously.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites
- Communicate clearly between customers, technicians, and office staff
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and work orders
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Experience working from home and in customer service (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Access to a computer with high-speed internet
- If you do not have these, you may work from our office
Schedule:
- Part-time, weekends only (Saturday and Sunday)
