Commercial Leasing Associate / Manager
Location: Southwest Florida (SWFL)
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Leasing professional to join an established real estate organization in Southwest Florida. This role will be responsible for driving leasing activity across a commercial portfolio, building strong tenant relationships, and supporting overall asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and lease commercial properties including retail, office, and/or industrial assets
- Source, qualify, and engage prospective tenants
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, brokers, and ownership
- Coordinate with property management and internal stakeholders to support leasing efforts
- Conduct property tours and represent the portfolio in a professional manner
- Track leasing activity, pipeline, and market trends
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing performance
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in commercial leasing or commercial real estate
- Deep understanding of local and regional commercial real estate markets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple active leasing efforts simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and discretion
