RemX is currently seeking 80+ Call Center Representatives for a reputable client of theirs in Miramar, FL. Please find all the details regarding the position below. - Pay Rate : $17/hr - Nonbilingual // $18/hr - Bilingual *Must pass Spanish assessment
- Length of Assignment : Contract with potential for hire
- Start Date : 12/1 or 12/7
- Training Hours : 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday for 2 weeks
- Hours after training : 40 hours; must be able to work a 8 hour shift between 8am-9pm Monday-Sunday
- Location : Miramar, FL
Job Description :
- Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls for Members
- Manage member requests and process member orders
- Provide excellent customer service to members
- MUST have a high school diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience REQUIRED
- Call Center experience is highly preferred
