Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile and escort them to their tables.
- Control the flow of seating, maintain guest lists, and enforce check procedures.
- Assign and supervise side duties, ensuring all stations are set up before staff departure.
- Manage reservation books, handle incoming calls, and note special requests.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, prices, and service procedures.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness standards in all service areas.
- Be visible on the dining room floor and accessible to guests, staff, and management.
- Check tables daily to ensure proper settings.
- Assist with side work, bussing tables, and taking cocktail orders.
- Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.
- Practice safe work habits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- No experience necessary; training provided.
