A growing insurance organization is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help expand its client base and strengthen existing relationships. In this role, you’ll connect with individuals and small business owners, uncover their needs, and introduce solutions that protect their financial well-being. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging conversations, building long-term trust, and driving growth through meaningful client connections.

 

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Assess client goals and recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and ongoing follow-up
• Record and update client information and activity in CRM tools
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business development goals

 

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred but not required
• Self-driven and organized with the ability to manage your own schedule
• Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
• Licensing assistance and product training provided
