Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Assistant General Manager will help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and must be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower

  • As a Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse

  • You will provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement

  • You will achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development

  • You will solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees

  • You will present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree
